Consider Parking Lights Only

If you are one who sits in the car line awaiting the arrival of the school bus in the mornings, you likely never thought about headlight intrusion.  We've heard from homeowners that light from vehicles in the car line shine into the front windows of homes, interrupting sleep for those fortunate enough to be able to sleep in.

As a courtesy, please make it a practice to switch to parking lights only while in that line.  Naturally, headlights are mandatory for moving vehicles during hours of darkness.

Sleepless neighbors thank you.

Common Area Cleanliness

There must be absolutely no dumping in common areas.  There will be fines of $100 for first violation, $200 for second violation, $300 for 3rd and so forth.

Reminder!

We have had reports of valuables being stolen from vehicles overnight. We would love to think our neighborhood is immune from this sort of thing, but it isn't.

If we all lock the vehicles, and leave nothing worth stealing in them, it will make for a safer neighborhood.  Please do your part.
